Dear Tim,

sorry for not writing sooner, we’re back doing the show and extra rehearsals, so it’s been very busy.

On behalf of the whole family, thank you so much for taking such great care of our wonderful Stephen, and for helping make the process as stress free as possible. We all appreciate how difficult it must be dealing with a grieving family, and you gave us wonderful support and guidance on the practical arrangements, and on decisions that had to be made. We are very grateful to you. Thanks also for the coffin bearing training on the day!

Once again, a big thank you from myself and all the family to you and your colleagues for handling dear Stephen’s funeral so sensitively and so well. We very much appreciate it.
