Dear Sirs
Re: Questionnaire
Thank you for sending me your customer questionnaire. I however feel
that it does not give me the opportunity to express my true feeling
on the service you provide.
My sister, mother and myself walked into Bradley and Jones Pinner
after we had walked out on Elements after they wanted to know, 'What the name of the deceased woz and where he was to be
buried'.
After the traumatic experience at Elements, we were greeted by the
caring face of Carol. Who was very understanding, kind and
completely wonderful. On these occasions your emotions are very
sensitive Carol always referred to our Dad as Dad. She was always
friendly but not interfering, caring but not intrusive. She took on
the role of organising the arrangements with professionalism -
nothing was to much trouble. She cared about our feelings, she did
everything she said she would. An example of this was when we came
to see our Dad on the evening before the funeral, she had laid out
all our flower so that we could see them. When my Mum was unable to
kiss my Dad, Carol arranged for the coffin to be lowered. Kindness
personified.
On to the day of the funeral - all the men were very smartly turned
out. The classic cars were beautifully maintained. Tim it should
also be mentioned was very attentive.
l can only finish by saying that Bradley and Jones made a very
difficult day much easier.
